Introduction:

Boxhole raise boring construction is one of the main projects of preliminary mining, and its engineering amount accounts for 40%-50% of the preliminary mining engineering amount. Therefore, speeding up the excavation speed of boxhole RBM is of great significance to ensure the balance of the three-grade ore quantity and realize the balance of high production.

Our multipurpose upward boxhole raise boring drill has four functions with boxhole drilling, longhole drilling, down reaming and down raising. When it drills the boxhole, the depth can reach 60m. And, It is an important equipments for underground mining, such as gold, copper, silver and so on.

Application:

CY-R40C versatile cutting groove raise boring rig is designed to drill opening holes in block cave, sub level caving and sub level stoping mine. Applications range from excavating precondition holes, paste fill tube holes, media holes, through passes, to narrow vein mining applications.

1, The crawler is compact and flexible.

Diesel engine is used to drive machine walking, which has strong traction, strong climbing ability and can be turned in situ.

The appropriative vehicle of drill rod can be trailed or self-propelled, which ensures the mechanized connection, unloading and transportation of drill pipes, realizes single shift operation and greatly reduces the working intensity of operators. (Optional)

3, High protection intelligent hydraulic system.

Our equipment uses constant power load-sensitive hydraulic pump and load-sensitive electromagnetic proportional valve group, full proportional sensitive control, no overflow, no heating, high efficiency and energy saving.

Our machine adopts multi-stage filtration and isolation of oil suction, pipeline, oil return and oil discharge. The system is not easy to pollute, and the hydraulic components work more reliably.

4, Large pitch high-strength drill rod with patented technology

(1) In order to meet different operation requirements, standard drill pipe (resistance strength greater than 700 Mpa) and high strength drill pipe (resistance strength greater than 1100 Mpa) are available.

(2) Large pitch threads can effectively improve the tension resistance of threaded connections.

(3) The drill pipe adopts equal strength design, which reduces the overall weight of the drill pipe and effectively improves the drilling depth and anti-fatigue ability of the drill pipe.

5, Without concrete platform and quick set-up

Our drill uses hydraulic column fixed technology, without for concrete pouring, can double shorten operation preparation time.
