I. Description of CNC Busbar bending machine:
This machine is specially used for the electric power industry, box type transformer substation, high and low voltage, copper and aluminum bus bar’s processing in bus bar industry.
Using 2 axis digital control of a fixture can achieve a variety of specifications for bus bar bending, vertical bending, and etc.
With the unique touch screen, PLC control, the machine has the advantages of simple operation, easy to use, few fault points, convenient maintenance, high efficiency and low consumption, accurate, low carbon environmental protection etc..
II. Advantage of CNC Busbar bending machine:
2.1 This machine adopts AC servo control side retaining material, grating control processing angle and other advanced principle, which makes the material blocking positioning accuracy up to ±0.1mm, angle control is accurate to ±0.5°
