Application
The Raise Boring machines are used in both civil engineering and mining applications for drilling shafts for ventilation, drainage, ore passes, back fills, hoisting, slotholes, and penstocks for hydro power plants. Features include drill pipe handling for easy and safe pipe handling as well as the computerized Rig Control System, RCS, which improves drilling accuracy, equipment reliability, and serviceability.
STD-R120 raise boring machine is an equipment for raising in the underground mine, which is a new generation of digital raise boring machine that is able to be used for various of rock especially for hard rock. It is the first digital high intelligence raise boring rig with big drilling diameter.

1.Compact structure. It could work safely in 3500mm high cave room and walk safely in roadway. It has the advantages of Simple and reliable structure, good rigidity, high precision orientation, strong bearing capacity, easy operation and maintenance.
2.Good protection Intelligent Hydraulic System. Constant power load sensing hydraulic pump and load sensing solenoid proportional valve block, it will not be heated not overflow and saves energy. Multi-stage filtration isolation of suction, pipe, drain and return oil, the system is difficult to be polluted.
3.RCS control system. Security protection process control module ensures safe operation and avoids damage to equipment and dropped rod accident caused by malfunction. Posture and position induction module ensure precise location and precise rod breaker operation. Feed force self-adaption module could prevent getting stuck and deviating, drilling a hole and reduce pressure, inflate automatically while drilling.
