Introduction

TDG7 full hydraulic top hammer drilling machine adopts with high-power diesel engine, which could be able to easily meet the requirement for power in high altitude, very cold and other harsh working conditions; equipped with high-power and high-pressure Atlas Copco drilling machine, it has high efficiency in drilling hole. The product is widely used in open mining and construction of earthwork excavation, quarrying and slope processing and other drilling operations.

1.Control System

Programmable logic controller system has the advantages of high reliability, easy installation, easy maintenance, powerful functional expansion space and simple fault diagnosis.

2.Drill Arm System

Rectangular cross-section folding arm structure, arm movements is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to ensure the flexibility and stability. At the same time, the delicate steering seat and the propulsion beam bracket design make it possible to drill 0.3-7.6m vertical and horizontal holes in the elevation, and drill holes in the plane up to 17 square meters.

3.Safe System

Integrated display of engine oil temperature and pressure, coolant temperature and water level, compressed air discharge temperature and pressure alarm data. in addition, equipped with wipers, angle meter, emergency stop and battery charging instructions and other safety devices

4.Dust collection System

Two-stage dry dust collection system can be online self-cleaning. Dust collection effect is good and could meet the national dust emission requirements.

5.Hydraulic Rock Drill Rig

Equipped with Atlas Copco design high-power high-pressure drill machine. High efficiency, with high and low impact, rotary pressure control propulsion, double buffering system and automatic anti-card function, thus it reduces the loss of drilling tools and is more adaptable for different conditions.

6. Propulsion Beam System

Adopts cylinder plus wire rope-driven aluminum beam with higher strength and superior bending resistance. It achieves the ideal straightness of the hole. It is more stable than chain-driven rock drill machine during drilling. Propulsion beam is equipped with mechanized rod system. The operator in the cab could finish the rod action, which reduces labor intensity, save labor costs and improve production efficiency.

7.Crawler System

Crawler chassis is equipped with high-power two-speed hydraulically driven traction system and hydraulic swivel adjustment system and small-size fuselage width design, make the rig with excellent off-road and maneuverability.

8.Engine Power System

High power turbocharged EURO III standard diesel engine provides enough power reserve for the whole vehicle so that the rig has stronger adaptability in harsh working environments such as high altitude and arctic areas.

Screw air compressor could ensure a good slagging effect, at the same time, improves the drilling efficiency.

9.Cabin System
